This session will be utilized to practice for our
Children's Easter program
We invite your child(children) to join in on the fun...all are welcome!!!

WHAT:
8-week session of a beginner, rejuvenating, rhythmic movement class using UPLIFTING, INSPIRATIONAL, and CHRISTIAN songs.
WHEN:
6pm... Thursdays of January 8 - February 26.
Arrive earlier to your first class for registration if registering in person. Registration is coming soon.
WHERE:
Middle River Church of the Brethren (Fort Defiance/New Hope, VA),
2077 Knightly Mill Road, Fort Defiance, VA 24437 (New Hope, VA actually.)
WHO:
The class is open to men and women of the area.
For those under 18, inquire on an individual basis : ).
COST: FREE
Simply show up to this attainable 1-hour movement class on any of the 8 Thursdays that you can make it (with initial registration before/at your first class). Bring your water bottle and a large towel. The movement class is created and taught by Oneida "Neida" Williams. Contact me if you have questions.
ONGOING? The 8-week session of "Move to Rejuve" classes will repeat with ample participation.
